Coordination (CDN)

Division acts as the strategic coordination centre of this department. Its core work involves dealing with matters related to Khelo Bharat Niti 2025, Monthly Cabinet DO Letters to Cabinet Secretary, References from PMO, Cabinet, NITI other Aayog and Ministries/Departments, LIMBS Portal, SAP (Swachhta Action Plan), eSamiksha Portal, Progress Reports of Budget Announcements of the Department, Perform OCR, matter related to Sectoral Group of Secretaries (SGoS), Thematic Group of Secretaries (TGoS) and other committee meetings not specified elsewhere, Senior Officers/ Meetings (SOMs), matters related to Sports Broadcast Signals (Mandatory Sharing with Prasar Bharati) Rules, 2007, conducting Third-Party Evaluation of Schemes of the Department, meetings called by Ministries/Departments/Organizations other than PMO, NITI Aayog, and Cabinet Secretariat, Celebration of Periodic/Non-Periodic Events Days Campaigns including Republic Day, all matters related to Sports Quota Recruitment, Providing comments on various Cabinet Notes, Coordination in events etc. of other Ministries/ Departments (DAPRG etc.), all matters related to Parliamentary Standing Committee (EWCY&S), Preparation of achievements, annual plan, annual report, Work Related to Assistant Secretaries (IAS Officer Trainees) posted in the Department, and providing administrative support to the senior leadership.
